This privacy policy and terms of service apply to the BillKaro app (listed on the Google Play Store as "BillKaro - Digital Dukaan" and hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by coding30.com (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a digital billing utility and accounting ledger service. This service is provided "AS IS".

⚠️ Limitation of Liability & User Data Responsibility

Important Legal Notice for All Merchants/Users:

Data Accuracy & Manual Entries: The Application serves strictly as a self-managed ledger tool. The user/merchant assumes 100% sole responsibility for all prices, item names, discount percentages, taxes, customer balances, and bill calculations entered or generated within the app.
Bill Editing, Alterations & Misuse: The Service Provider and its developers are NOT liable or responsible for any financial discrepancies, fraud, intentional invoice modifications, employee misconduct, calculation errors, or disputes arising from modified, edited, or deleted bills.
No Financial/Legal Guarantee: The Application is a records-management software and does not act as an official tax-filing or government audit entity. Users are strongly advised to manually verify bill details, totals, and receipts before issuing them to customers.
Exclusion of Damages: Under no circumstances shall the Service Provider be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, tax penalties, or business losses resulting from the use or inability to use the Application.

Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This data parameter framework may include infrastructure details such as:

Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages
The total active time spent on the Application
The operating system version you use on your mobile device

The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.

The Application does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your confidential billing data without explicit consent.

For a better experience, while using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to Name, Mobile, Address, State, Country. The information requested will be retained and used as described in this privacy policy.

Subscription & Payment Processing

The Application offers premium features and subscription plans processed exclusively through the Google Play Store Billing System.

The Service Provider never collects, stores, or accesses your sensitive financial details, including credit/debit card numbers, UPI PINs, net banking credentials, or bank accounts.
All financial transactions, subscriptions, billing cycles, and refunds are managed securely by Google Play Store in compliance with Google Payment Policy and PCI-DSS standards.
Transaction data and subscription statuses are handled according to Google's Privacy Policy and Google Play Terms of Service.

Third Party Access & Integrations

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid in improving the Application. The third-party services utilized include:

Opt-Out & Data Deletion Rights

You can stop all collection of information easily by uninstalling the Application. If you wish to request deletion of your account data or user-provided records, please contact us at the provided support email.

The Application does not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If discovered, such data is immediately purged from our servers.

Changes & Document Updates

This Privacy Policy & Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Application signifies acceptance of all updated terms.
